Welcome to our community! New residents of Willow Springs should stop into the Village Hall as soon as possible after their closing date.
You will need:
- closing papers with settlement date
- photo ID
- registration cards for all vehicles housed at the address
- dog’s rabies vaccination tag number if you own a dog
The Clerk’s Office staff will be happy to assist you with setting up your utility bill account and issuing vehicle stickers and dog tags. Please note that new residents have 30 days from the date of the closing, not the date of move-in, to purchase vehicle stickers at the sale price. While you are here, the Clerk’s office will also provide you with all the information you need to know being a new resident.
Renters: You will not set up a utility bill account. By Village ordinance, the billing account is required to stay in the homeowners name. The homeowner is responsible for working out utility bill payments with their renter. Renters are still required to purchase vehicle stickers and dog tags.
