Participation is open to everyone!
To participate, please review the following:
- A completed application is required.
- Applications are available online on the Village website or at Village Hall.
- Scarecrow kits are available for $10.00 and include:
- Wooden frame
- Fabric head
- Assembly instructions
- The $10.00 fee helps ensure there are enough kits available for all participants.
- Please make checks payable to the Village of Willow Springs.
- Participants are responsible for providing their own clothing, decorations, and stuffing materials.
- All scarecrows must be tasteful and family-friendly. Political messaging and hazardous materials or elements are not permitted.
