Below are several resources for assistance in the Willow Springs area. This list is updated as new resources become available. Click on each link for details. Additional services are provided by Lyons Township and Palos Township.

    • Employment and scholarship programs as well as financial assistance with dental and vision care, rent, bills, and auto repair.
    • Financial assistance with utility bills as well as furnace repair or replacement.

    • A non-for-profit organization which provides treatment for people living with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders

    • Online resources that help people connect with mental health services, many of which offer free or low-cost options because no one should be denied care or hesitate to take the first step toward recovery due to financial constraints.

    • Aging Care Connections – programs and social services for adults age 60 and older and their family members.
  • Home Instead Senior Care
    • Companionship and home helpers (meal preparation, doctor visits, etc.), personal services (bathing, dressing, etc), Alzheimer’s or other dementia care, transitional care services (transportation/prescription pick-up), care for serious conditions, hospice support and more.
  • Illinois Assisted Living Facilities
    •  Provides comprehensive resources on various senior living options.
  • Interfaith Community Partners
    • ICP is a non-profit that works together with volunteers to provide rides to older adults to doctor appointments, the grocery store, hair appointments, church, etc.
  • Lyons Township Senior Transportation Services
    • Transportation for township residents 60 years and older and those with a disability certified by a doctor. This includes transportation for Medical related appointments, local shopping, social events, etc.

    • Adult Protective Services, Advocacy & Benefits, Caregiver Support, Care Planning, Home-Delivered Meals, Information & Assistance, In-Home Services, Shared Housing
